Who we are

Ciroo is a daily revenue tracking application for small retail businesses, operated by Selçuk Kuru, sole proprietor, Istanbul, Turkey (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@yorda.web.tr.

What Ciroo does

Ciroo lets a business record its daily sales revenue, view reports, and receive weekly summary emails. Access is by invitation only; accounts are created by us for paying customers.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
  • Company data: company name, logo, preferred language and currency.
  • Revenue data: daily sales figures, product categories, salesperson name and optional notes that you enter into the app.
  • Technical data: our hosting and authentication providers log IP addresses and basic request metadata for security and reliability. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising SDKs, and the app contains no ads.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: storing and displaying your revenue records and reports.
  • To send transactional emails: password resets and the weekly revenue summary to managers and salespeople of your company.
  • To keep the service secure and operational.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.

Service providers

  • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — data hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU, eu-central-1).
  • Vercel (web hosting).
  • Resend (email delivery).

Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own data processing terms.

Data isolation

Every record belongs to one company. Users can only access data belonging to their own company; this is enforced at the database level.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export all your revenue records as CSV at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email info@yorda.web.tr; we will delete it within 30 days. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact info@yorda.web.tr to exercise these rights.

Children

Ciroo is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated by email.
